Survey of Parish Programs

The annual survey of parish catechetical programs collects information about personnel, models of catechesis, scheduling, textbooks, special needs, sacramental preparation, parent involvement, catechists and their formation.  There are two surveys, for elementary and middle school programs (K-8) and for high school programs and youth ministry (9-12).

The online version of the 2009-2010 survey is closed.  A DRE or DYM who had not submitted a survey online may still submit a mail-in survey.  Simply download the PDF version of the questionnaire, complete it on your computer, print it and mail to:
