Topics:
The Universal Call to Holiness
-- This presentation explores what Bishops of the world, inspired by the Holy Spirit, invite lay people to be and do.  Participants will become aware of some powerful passages from the documents and discuss how to respond to their invitations.

Ignatian Spirituality, A Taste of the Spiritual Exercises -- This workshop is a five part series:  1.  Principal and Foundation:  How Deep is God's Love for Me  2.  Knowing Myself as a Loved Sinner  3.  To Know, Love and Serve Jesus is My One Desire  4.  To Grow in Compassion with Jesus, Crucified for Me  5.  To Live in the Risen Christ.  The topics can be offered as a day of reflection or as separate presentations.

Discernment -- This workshop explores ways of becoming attuned in God's movement in our lives and provides exercises for recognizing how to move toward God in both minor and major decisions.

Watercolor and Prayer Retreat -- This experience can vary in length from 4 hours to 2 days.  No previous watercolor experience is required.  Participants will explore their own creative energy as they open to and become more aware of the creativity of God.

Prayer -- This workshop provides participants the opportunity to experience anew prayer of the imagination, lectio divina, centering prayer, the prayer of caring and prayer journaling.
