When you think of the Tyme Out Youth Center you think of confirmation retreats, junior high reflection days, relationship retreats, camps, and other great spiritual enrichment for youth. It’s time to think outside the box, because the Tyme Out Youth Center is also a place where you can spend a day or an overnight with your pastoral or school staff and receive the same high quality spiritual experience that so benefits the youth. A large, spacious facility, the Tyme Out Youth Center can accommodate groups of fifty as well as provide a smaller, intimate space for pastoral staffs. Sponsored by the School Sisters of Notre Dame, and located in Stonebank, Wisconsin (near Nashotah), the center is easily accessible by freeway, however, you also experience a bit of the country as you wind your way down Hwy C for the final stretch before arriving in Stonebank.

Programming:
The Tyme Out staff has developed a number of Adult Days of Reflection that typically run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. but can also be tailored to your needs.(see www.tymeout.org for topics and descriptions under “Adult opportunities”). The staff is also willing to develop other topics at your request, or you can provide your own facilitator. A chapel is available for mass, but there is no regular mass or community prayer on site. St. Joan of Arc Parish in Nashotah is very close to the Tyme Out Center. Call for Sunday/daily mass schedules (262-646-8078).
Cost:
$35 per person for daylong programs facilitated by Tyme Out
staff (includes meal and snacks). If you bring your own facilitator, space rental and meals cost:
3-5 hour event $7.50 plus $6.75 lunch = $14.25/person
6-9 hour event $9.50 plus $6.75 lunch = $16.25/person
A kitchen area is available if you wish to bring your own snacks and meals. Call to inquire about fees for overnights for small groups. A staff member could be available to facilitate one activity during an otherwise hosted retreat (i.e. the challenge course): $25.00/ staff member.
